Q: How do I get an account set up?
A: We offer accounts that are set up as terms (net 30) or due on receipt (COD).
To set up an account with terms: Please fill out the Credit Application form and Resale Certificate form.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard. Visa, AMEX credit cards, and checks.

Q: I do not have terms, how do I pay?
A: Please fill out the credit card authorization form. Or send a check to our accounting department.

Q: What is the amount required for free freight allowance?
A: $1,000-$1,500 in California
$3,000 for out of state
*Excluding AK, HI, and PR

Q: How do I get inventory stock check and pricing?
A: Please give us a call at (626)307-5337, and a sales representative will assist you.

Q: Does LEDXpert carry T8 Tubes that are ballast compatible?
A: Yes, LEDXpert also carries T8 tubes that are ballast by pass (internal drivers).

Q: Does LEDXpert carry T8 Tubes with T5 pins?
A: Yes.

Q: If I submit a purchase order will it ship today?
A: LEDXpert has a order processing cut off time at 12:00 PM PST Standard time. If the purchase order, was received before 12:00 PM, the order will be processed and shipped the same day (if the item(s) are available).
